Hi! I'm Rebecca Hrdlika LMT.

I am excited about just everything in life. My passion for living is contagious. I have a huge family and I work in the evenings so that I can still be a mamma bear to all of my kiddos.

After working with chiropractors and healers for over 10 years, I was faced with a need to find a career that allowed me to be 100% available for my children, one of which being special needs. After training with an amazing team and instructor of 27 years, I spent my first year out of school working alongside intuitive practitioners and specialists that led me to learn about truly listening to the body, trusting my own intuition, and being there to assist in its healing process.

I specialize in treatment work and specific injury focus, including auto injury rehabilitation and sports injuries. I often use deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, scraping, and Thai stretching techniques to allow maximum results. I truly love being an LMT and enjoy helping to lay the stepping stones to my client's treatment goals.

I am Tanner Keal, a Licensed Massage Therapist.

My journey to becoming a professional massage therapist began during my journey to become a professional circus performer, in a rigorous full-time training program I was pushing my body to the limit, and perhaps beyond. I had endured multiple overuse injuries and strains. Massage was the single most beneficial tool I had to rapidly promote healing and encourage peak performance. In our downtime, my cohorts and I would casually trade bodywork, it was in these moments I discovered my own personal knack for the craft. I continued for a time to study dance in college, but my aspirations of being on stage fell to the wayside. The rigors of academe, however, could not dispel my urge to move, flow, and create!

Enter: Massage School!

It was in Massage school that I began to hone my craft, sampling a variety of modalities, finding my individual style. I discovered a particular penchant for Thai Yoga Massage and Deep Tissue, both prominent in my work today. Our curriculum also emphasized injury treatment skills which have been invaluable to my practice. Six years later and I am extremely grateful for this gateway journey. My time as a performer and dancer continues to inform my work as a therapist. It is always a distinct pleasure to work with athletes and movers. I am confident, however, working with any body regardless of shape, size, capability, etc.

My work is also hugely informed by my personal endeavors into transpersonal psychology. Using a holistic approach, I love to incorporate the dreams, spirituality, or otherwise "energetic" aspects of my clients in session when necessary.
